Best hostel, hands down! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I even got a free upgrade to a female-only dorm, which was a lovely surprise! The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Firenze SMN station and around 10 to 20 minutes on foot from the main tourist attractions. The hostel is clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated that towels and bedsheets are provided free of charge. My only suggestion would be to fix the jet sprays, as only one bathroom had a working one.

Lovely place. AC in the rooms was perfect, beds were comfy and the complimentary food in the kitchen was nice. Theres no social atmosphere as everyone keeps to themselves. Towels included also, and a sheet change mid-stay. There were only two toilets for 3 rooms, and everyone only used one shower as 2/3 of them didn't have any space to get dressed, so lots of waiting for that. However, free soap was good.
