We are an environmentally conscious, international hostel providing seasonal workers and backpackers from around the world a great place to rest and relax within a safe, secure and conveniently located community of like-minded travelers.

We have shared (4 - 8 guests) women only (ensuited) and men only dormitories. If traveling in a small group we have private group rooms (3 to 8 guests) and twin rooms (2 guests). We also have a limited ensuited private rooms available (1 -3 guests) and private cabins (1-2 guests). All rooms have access to shared bathroom and kitchen facilities located throughout the property.

The well appointed Traveler's Lodge building has double-glazing, solar water heating, heat pump, fireplace, large decks, fully equipped commercial sized kitchens and TV lounges. Large laundries with free clothes washing machines and outside clothes drying lines, and coin operated dryers if needed.

Free unlimited wifi throughout the property with onsite secured parking, fruit trees, free bbq use and large forested grounds to relax and enjoy in.

We can also help you find seasonal work close by including in the orchards, vineyards, kiwifruit and berry farms, pack-houses, food processing factories, plant nurseries and more.

Room and bathroom was ok got put in a room with people on a working holiday so 0 atmosphere. The rest of the hostel was a absolute hole! How I imagine a homeless shelter would look. As for it being eco other then the water coming from a well I think the rest is utter b.s nothing eco about the place apart from a few trees. 9 months of travelling its top 3 worst hostels
