Palau Mediterraneo is located in a historical beachfront palace with stunning views over Coral Bay.
It is centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, market, banks just a few meters.

It is compised by a ouble bedroom with small balcony overlooking the sea. 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 2 single beds.

There is no elevator

The kitchen is fully equipped (4 hobs, fridge), sea view. Bathroom with window, sink, shower / bidet / WC. No air conditioning

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Daily rent of the apartment
- Electricity, water and gas
NOT INCLUDED:
- 100.00 euros per apartment for final cleaning, to be paid in advance, on arrival and by cash.
100 euro refundable security deposit to be paid upon arrival

OPTIONAL SERVICES
- Possibility to rent bed linen and bath to 2.50 euros per person per day for the entire period of stay to be paid cash on arrival.
- Can request private transfer 4 people to and from Alghero airport by private car with driver Fertilia price is 20.00 euros to be paid cash directly to the driver.
