Welcome to Himeji 588 Guesthouse, as your second home in Himeji.

Located on a traditional Japanese shotengai (shopping arcade), the Himeji 588 Guesthouse situates visitors in the heart of Himeji City's historical district, and is only steps away from local shopping and restaurants faring traditional regional cuisine.
Our guest house is quaint with an at-home charm that you will love.

Check in time: 16:00-21:00
Check out time: anytime till 10:00am

* late check in after 21:00 need extra charge JPY1,500/per hour/per group. but latest check in is until 22:00 even with extra charge.
(based on the staff availabitly so please ask us in advance)
* For the late check in, we need advanced notice because reception close 21:00.
* late check in charge will occur even it is caused by traffic jam / train delay.

Mix/Female separated dormitory ( bunk bed style)
Private room(tatami/futon style)

Facilites
No elevator( 2nd story house)
*toilets/shower room is at 1st floor.
All rooms are No smoking( we ask guest to smoke outside sofa of the guesthouse.)
＊ Free to use kettile, Micowave. But cannot use kitchen.

Payment
Please prepare for the CASH for the payment upon arrival. We DO NOT accept credit card. .

The Himeji 588 Guesthouse is a newly renovated 65-year old townhouse.
Please take a note that our building is old wooden house, has no enough sound
Proof.

Curfew:
No curfew after check-in.
But need to check in before 21:00. (reception will close at 21:00)
No check in after 21:00.

Passport/ID
A physical passport or phisical goverment issued-ID (if you live in japan) is mandatory to check in. Failiure to present
proper identification will result in denial of check-in.

Child/Baby accompany
Basically we cannot accept the kids below 8years old but we may accept depend on the seasonality.
In case you want to stay with child/ baby, please ask us in advance.

Group booking
We ask the the deposit for group more than 4 person/ more than 2 nights.

Long term stay
We accept the long-term stay, but the cancellation policy may different.
Any guests how stay more than 4 nights, please ask in advance.
