It\'s a beautiful country, with friendly people and well prepared tourist industry.
My name is Sebastian and I can be your host if you want. My wife and me decided to rent our small apartment to You. The building was build in 1905, and it is location is perfect for people who wants to feel atmosphere of old Reykjavik.
Our offer is aimed mostly to couples, because the apartment is only 30m2, but if you are 2+1 family please send us an inquiry, a small convertible sofa is inside the apartment. The property comprises a sizeable studio room with striking open-plan kitchen, double bed, table chairs and modern bathroom.
Apartment and kitchen is fully equipped, cable TV and WI-fi internet is included. We also offer two bikes for our guests. On the street corner is located small grocery shop, with all necessary goods. In the house is located common laundry with a private washing machine.

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours before arrival
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check In: 2.00 pm (flexible!)
Check Out: 10.00 am (flexible!)
Method of Payment upon the arrival: Cash, Credit Cards (only Visa and Mastercard)
Breakfast is not included
Taxes are included.
Smoking inside a house is not allowed.
Apartment is rather for 2 persons, but we can decide to rent it to small family 2+1 upon request.
Not suitable for people with wheelchair.
Boring and unhappy persons are not allowed ;)
