I couldn’t recommend this place more! A hidden gem just a short moto from Musanze. Stunning surroundings, spacious tents, comfy beds, and the kindest staff who made me feel at home (they even upgraded me to an ensuite!). The food was fresh and delicious, special thanks to Chef Forstein. The hikes, especially the Twin Lakes with Sibomana Ignace, were unforgettable. Perfect for a cultural stay in nature with beautiful people.

Overall not bad, what is bad that you wait for your food for 2 hours on average - not even kidding. Happened twice that roasted potatoes with avocado took them 2 hours to make.

Had a confusing moment when I arrived. I booked a 6 person dorm but that was in the “guesthouse” closer to Musanze and not where Hostelworld lists the location. The hostel is excellent with a wonderful breakfast and great staff. Activities are slightly pricey so be aware of that. The kitchen staff are super nice but meals do take time to prepare and not everything will be available on the menu. Definitely going to book here when I return to Musanze! You should too!
