**Property Policies and Conditions:
1. Check-in: From 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am.
2. Light Breakfast included.
3. Payment: Cash only upon check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice before the arrival date is required.
5. No-show policy: Full price for a 2-day stay will be charged.
6. Reception desk: Open from 7:00 am till 10:00 pm.
7. Suitability: 18+ years old; not suitable for children, the elderly, or pets.
8. No drugs allowed on premises.
9. Bed policy: Only one person per dorm bed; no sharing.
10. No outside customers in dormitories and private rooms.
11. Maximum 10-night stay.
