At Newton Lodge, you’ll enjoy comfortable and convenient stays. While bathrooms and toilets are shared, rest assured that we have plenty available for your use. Every guest, whether in a private room or a dormitory bed, benefits from a high-quality mattress, pillow, blanket, and a handy bedside socket.
Most our guests are travelers/WHVers(working holiday visa holder) from foreign countries.

RECEPTION INFO
Office Hours: between 10:00AM and 3:00PM.
Check-in Time: After 2:00PM;
Late check-in is available for guests who have paid upfront(Online payment and Payment Pre-authorization).
Check-out Time: Before 11:00AM;
Late check-out is NOT available, but early check-out is. If you need to checkout at early morning, please drop off keys to the box on reception desk.

FACILITIES INFO
WIFI: High speed WIFI is free of charge.
Entertainment & Work: High speed WIFI is free of charge in whole area. Computers, TV and Library are available.
Bedding: Pillow, Bed sheet, Blanket/Lining, Bedside socket. Towels are available and require deposit for using.
Kitchen (shared): Enjoy free access subject to terms and conditions. Failure to comply with rules will result in a fee per infraction.
"Clean before Eating" is part of the rules; Refrigerator, Kitchen facilities, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Water heater etc. are available.
Toilets and bathroom (shared): 24h hot water, hair dryer, toilet paper.
Self-service Laundry: $4 for washing, $4 for drying. Changing coin at reception is available.
Health & Security: Ventilation system 24h running in all rooms. Cooling and heating central Air-conditioning in all rooms. Locker in all share rooms. Smoke/Fire alarm in all rooms. CCTV at common area.

HOUSE REGULATIONS
Restrictions (Read Carefully):
No Smoking&Vaping/ No Alcohol/ No Drug/ No Pets in whole building.
Visitors are not allowed if you don't get permits at reception. Changing room and/or bed without permit from reception is not allowed. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed. Food/beverage are not allowed inside rooms, and if cause any stain on beds, carpet, walls etc., damage/cleaning fine will apply.
Check-in Procedure:
NZID/Passport required(each guest); Contact details required; Pay upfront required. Late (After office hours) check-in guest should complete check-in at office hours the next day.
