At Hostal Tres Central, we are committed to offering our guests a warm and comfortable stay, in our clean and welcoming rooms. Hostal Tres Central is conveniently located in downtown Tuxtla Gutierrez, a block away from Plaza Central and near the San Marcos Cathedral, a 13-min walk from the Parque de la Marimba, an 8-min walk to the main public market, and near transportation to Chiapa de Corzo and all the bus terminals.

The hostel features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, reception open 24 hrs, free luggage storage, free overnight parking (6pm to 8am), tour services, guest computers and kitchenette, and a lively rooftop café-bar (operated by another owner) where you can see live music and mingle with the locals.

All hostel rooms have an ensuite shower and sink and share the toilet (in the hallway) with another room. All rooms include bed linens, towels and are cleaned daily. Only in dorms, air conditioner is available from 7pm to 7am for energy conservation.

At Hostal Tres Central we are committed to continuous improvement and social and environmental responsibility. We are constantly implementing changes to reduce our environmental impact; for example, we are in the process of updating all our ACs to inverter mini-splits and quoting solar panels.

Payment details:
We accept the following forms of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers and deposits, or cash.
We ask for a MXN$100 deposit, paid in cash during your Check-In from all our guests for each room in your reservation. This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay and it is to cover any damages or lost items (keys, towels, controls, etc.).

In the interest of transparency:
• This is a smoke-free hotel/hostel. No smoking is permitted in the bedrooms, balconies or common areas.
• We would like to let you know that our kitchenette is small (4 burners). The kitchenette as well as the common areas can only be used during your stay and not after Check-Out.
• La Terraza Aguaje Tropical is a rooftop bar and cafe on the third floor. It opens from Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 11:30pm. It has live bands Fridays and Saturdays from about 8:30pm until 10pm, in case this may be a nuisance to you. This space is operated by another company, but we highly recommend it as a great place to have dinner, drinks and enjoy some wonderful music.
• We offer free parking from 6pm to 8am. After 8am, it has a cost of MXN$10/hr. The Front Desk can recommend where to park on the street for free
We have free luggage storage prior to your Check-In on the day of your arrival and until 8pm on the day of your Check-Out.
