Shanith Guesthouse is located in Negombo, Sri Lanka. It has 1/2 km to the nearest railway station and just 50 meters to the bus stop. There is 2 km to the negombo city and just 3 minutes to the goldi sand Negombo beach. There are many bars and restaurants around our guesthouse and many shops for tourists. Guests can visit to see the dutch canal, fish market ,negombo shopping, lagoon and many interesting places while staying Shanith Guesthouse. Also we'll arrange tours in all around the county for them with our 15 year experience in tourism.
We provide 10 rooms with many facilities near to the glodi sand Negombo beach. There are 5 room types such as Budget double rooms, Standard double rooms, Deluxe double rooms, Single bed in dormitory room and a family apartment(which 06 guests can stay in it and it has living room and a kitchen). All the budget rooms, standard rooms, deluxe rooms and the family apartment are with private bathroom,air conditions, TV, refrigerator, hot water and free wi fi in the rooms. We'll provide a delicious breakfast which is included in he room rates. Offer free parking (Reservation is needed), Shanith is assured to provide a great and trustful service to their guests all over the world.
***Please note that the single room is a dormitory style, which means you have to share the room with others and there are 3 single beds in this room.
1.We only accept cash payment upon arrival and we will charge 10% hotel service charge except the room charge.
2.If cancel with in a 7 days before the arrival date or incase of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3.Our check in time is 01:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 am.
4. For each single extra bed,have to pay USD 10 per night.
