Kantar is a unique coliving place that combines hostel and hotel accommodation formats under one roof - providing a vibrant social atmosphere alongside hotel-level comfort, service standards, and breakfast variety.

We opened Kantar with a simple idea: create a place that feels comfortable, stylish, and easy to enjoy, whether you're traveling alone or with friends.

We’re located right in the center of Yerevan, just a short walk from Republic Square and most of the city’s main spots.

You can relax in our common area, work, meet other travelers, or just enjoy some quiet time. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook.

Rooms:
Dorms for 4 or 8 people
Private rooms for up to 2 guests (some with balconies)

What we offer:
Free Wi-Fi
Towels and bed linen included
Deposit lockers for your huge backpack
Air conditioning and heating
Several shared bathrooms

Each bed has its own socket, reading light, and storage space.

In the morning, we serve a good breakfast - simple, but more like what you’d expect in a hotel.

Our team is always happy to help with tips, directions, and local recommendations. We also provide free maps and can help with bookings or transport. If you check out early, you can leave your luggage with us for the day.
