We have a very colorful common area, the bar is open 24/7 and there are several wooden tables and chairs where you can sit comfortably enjoy or just relax, listen to good music or just read a book..
In the common area there is a TV, a video projector and a sofa to get together and meet people from all over the world, thus creating a pleasant and multicultural atmosphere.
Our young and multilingual staff is always available to answer all questions.
Our hostel is located in a very central area of the city, close to many bars, clubs, discos and also the best shopping area. You can reach any point in the city by public transport.
Koala Hostel Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival.The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 2 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.

Check out before 11am.

free WIFI
- We have a 24 hour bar so it is forbidden to bring alcoholic drinks from outside
- It is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of food or drink into the dormitories (except water)
- We provide sheets but not towels, bring your own. (we can rent one for 2€)
- if you use our locker (free) bring a padlock to close it (otherwise we can sell it for 3€)
- mosquito repellent (useful from May to September)
- power adapter, the Italian plug may be different from that of your country
(we can sell a universal adapter for 3€)
- earplugs might be useful if you're in a dorm
- If you are a group collect all passports and money if you pay by cash.
It is possible to pay separately, but only one payment by debit or credit card is allowed.
- check-in after 4pm (you can still leave your luggage and come back later)
- check out before 11am (after that we apply a fine of 10€) there is no 'LATE CHECK OUT'
- You can leave your luggage after check out and pick it up before 7pm, the service is free but if you leave it after 7pm the cost is €2/h and €20/day per bag
- Guests over the age of 30 must pay the city tax of €3.5 for each day of stay.
READ CAREFULLY and print the attachment you receive from the property after booking.
ATTENTION: if you used a disposable credit card to book or a card with funds lower than the amount of the first night, we will not keep your reservation valid. And we may not notify you until check-in day.
