1. The staff member at check-in seemed quite tired, though they did answer my questions. A warmer welcome would have made the experience more pleasant. 2. Reception was not always staffed, and I noticed several guests looking for help but leaving without assistance. 3. There were no personal lockers in the 10-person shared room, which would be helpful for security and peace of mind. Towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own.

Its a nice hostel for the price. Breakfast was good, beds were comfy and we had air-conditioning in our room. The place needs some work to fix a few things and more spaces where people can hang out and relax. Its not very central, a 25min walk from the metro, but its close to the airport.
