Macondo Hostel is a beautiful house surrounded by Green and lush vegetation what gives our place in addition to natural beauty, peace and privacy. In our hostel you will find a relaxed atmosphere, different social areas, kitchen, BBQ area, hammocks, and an always ready staff willing to help you with everything you need.

We are located in the heart of Isla Grande 50 meters from JacksonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s pier, 50 meters from the main store, 40 meters from the nearest beach and 5 minutes away from la Punta the main beach of the Island.

The hostel is beautiful with all the plants everywhere, and the kitchen is very nice with lots of counter space and the stove works perfectly. Great location! The best part is the kind and helpful staff, especially Nini! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Located in lush forest just off beach in south side of Isla Grande. We stayed in a private room with AC and double bed which was very comfortable. Short walk outside to bathroom and shower room shared with other private. Clean and quiet. Safe and secure, not many tourist around. Host was friendly. Nice lobby kitchen area short walk outside for prepping own food you must bring. No breakfast, coffee or towels provided. Bring water to drink or you can buy bottles on island.
