Cancellation Policy :

Low Season periods : now until 20 Dec 14, 1 Apr 15 – 31 Jul 15 and 1 Sep 15 – 20 Dec 15 (inclusive)
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one-night accommodation at the agreed rate on the first night, plus applicable tax and service charge.

High & Peak Season periods : 21 Dec 14 – 31 Mar 15, 1-31 Aug 15 and 21 Dec 15 – 31 Mar 16 (inclusive)
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation charge, plus applicable tax and service charge.
