Had a wonderful week long stay here. I even extended than expected since it was such a great stay. Yes,the outside area is not ideal but it’s complete with everything you could need. the inside of the hotel is clean,organized and complete. Jay the owner is a good guy who runs a tight ship with his wife and family and ensures the customers are safe. All the rooms,bathrooms,hallways are constantly cleaned and stocks are always refilled. They clean non stop to make sure the stay is great.

Staff and price were good. Location is very sketchy - I had to climb over people homeless/drug addicts to get in. There's one shower per floor, and first morning someone had vomited in the shower. There is no key, so you have to buzz in, and if it's in the morning sometimes they won't be awake yet, so you can't get in. That's particularly an issue because of how sketchy it is - trying to desperately get in while homeless are hassling me outside.
