Conveniently located 200 m from the old town area of Phuket, In Phuket House offers comfortable and non-smoking accommodation surrounded by street food, local gift shops and several attractions.Nightlife can be experienced in this walk-able downtown area. There is free public parking area on both sides of the road in front of our hotel.

Rooms here provide guests with a wide range of facilities such as a cable TV, free WiFi and an air conditioning. The en suite bathroom comes with a shower & water heater. All guests are always welcomed and made to feel at home by the friendly owner.

- In case of Late check in or Early check out, please inform in advance. There is an additional charge.
- Please kindly inform your arrival time before 5 pm on your arrival date

**Payment Conditions for Room reservation** When your reservation are:
1). 1 - 5 days before your arrival date, please prepare cash in Thai baht for your payment and key deposit 500 baht.
2). 5 days onwards:
In order to confirm your reservation, please transfer 50% of your room payment to our bank account 3 days before your arrival date as can be seen in your email after receiving the booking information and pay the rest of payment and key deposit 500 baht in Thai baht to pay when check in.
In case the customer fails to pay according to the above payment conditions, the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the Hostelworld service fee from the accommodation.

**Our Facilities**
- Free WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning, and a water heater are available in every room, except that cable TV is not included in the Basic Double Bed Private En suite room (Budget room).

**In order to avoid your No Show**
Your booking confirmation and our phone number can be seen in your email. Please ensure you inform your arrival time as following details:

1. If you check in during our office hours (9 am - 7 pm), please inform us your arrival time at least before 5 pm on your arrival date either by e-mail, call us on WhatsApp.
2. For late check in after our office hours, there is no staff after 7 pm unless we are informed before 5 pm on your arrival date. There is an additional fee of 300 baht is required for late check in between 10.00 pm and midnight. After midnight is a no show.
In case the flight delays or have some emergency issues, please inform us immediately by either call us or WhatsApp about your arrival time. For flight delay after midnight, we can assist you to check in but there is a 500 baht fee (please show your document of flight delay).
3. For early check out either between 10 pm - 12 am or 6 - 6.45 am., there is an extra charge 300 baht. If you really need to check out after midnight till 5.45 am, the extra charge will be 500 baht.

**Our Security House Rule**
VISITORS
- Please meet your visitors at the lobby of guesthouse during office hours. Visitors or friends are prohibited from entering the residence area, which is reserved only for registered guests.

LIMITED AREA ACCESS
- For everyone's safety, we have established a "Limited Area Access" policy as below:
A: In term of security, non-guest is not allowed past the ground floor entrance door leading to the residence area. The guest must pay 500 baht/person/stay for the non-guest and allow our staff to make a copy of ID / Passport before getting into the residence area.
B: Between 10 pm and 9 am, the Guesthouse lobby is accessible only to guests with keycard.

NO FRUITS & NON-SMOKING IN THE ROOMS
- If you would like to eat fruits, please use the lobby area. No fruits are allowed to eat in the rooms & residence area.
- As our ‘Non-smoking’ policy (Cigarette, E-cigarette & Cannabis) throughout the guesthouse, especially in the rooms.
- Non-compliance with these rules will result in a charge of 2,000 baht for fruits, 5,000 baht for cigarette & e-cigarette and 20,000 baht for cannabis.
- For professional cleaning of the room/area or air conditioner, the non-compliance must pay 1,000 baht.

CLEANLINESS
- For cleanliness, please remove your shoes while you are in building. You can prepare your personal slippers to use inside the building.
