Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They didn’t clean absolutely anything in the room I booked. It was extremely cold in the winter. I had to pay the remaining amount in cash because they don’t accept bank cards... very suspicious! I definitely won’t return. They don’t provide even the minimum hygiene services; this establishment should be shut down as soon as possible!!!

My experience was terrible. I was mistakenly booked into a women's room and was forced to pay extra for a bed in a shared room, even though one was available. The staff was awful. After that, I asked for a towel and blanket, and he told me that am asking to much and spoke to me in an annoying way. The room had three beds, and after two hours, more people arrived and started bringing in a new bed, making a lot of noise.
