Tenuta del Perugino

The Tenuta del Perugino is located in the green heart of Umbria, to be precise to Bettona which is just 15 km from Perugia and close to some of the most picturesque cities of the region such as Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio.
The farm covers 40 hectares, 10 of which are planted with olive groves and vineyards, the rest arable. The building, newly built and furnished with care and good taste in every detail. And 'it enriched by a spectacular panorama that opens over the valley from Perugia to Spoleto.

From the windows in front of Assisi, the alternation of morning fog, bright sun and fiery sunsets are able to give unique sensations. Guests can choose between different types of rooms all fully autonomous.

In the surrounding park breathtaking infinity pool with salt water built with natural stone, equipped with night lighting, will create a magical atmosphere in the warm summer evenings. Framed by the beautiful view of Assisi. The pool is equipped with independent professional tub with jets water and blowing jets. Wine and olive oil produced on the estate you can taste and buy directly on our table in the magazine shop. The farm has an area purely naturalistic dedicated to farmyard animals.

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
