Kings Lodge is nestled between Sal forested hills of Bandhavgarh National Park in a large natural forested estate of 14 hectares in a small tribal village. The lodge is in the heart of the Tiger country and only a ten minutes drive from the Tala gate of the national park. Our guests benefit from our incredible location, outstanding hospitality, an experienced naturalist team, our commitment towards conservation and local communities. The lodge has 10 cottage rooms and 8 stilt cottage rooms with en-suite modern bathrooms spread across a natural forest offering great ambience and privacy.

***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY (Applicable only when cancellation is sent by email)
· 7 days and less- 100% cancellation.
· 8 days to 21 days- 60% cancellation.
· 21 days to 35 days- 30% cancellation.
· 35 days and above- 20% cancellation.
· Amendment in dates within 35 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
· Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
· Long weekend bookings like New Year, Christmas, Valentine, Holi and Diwali are Non Refundable.
· In case of force-majeure, we will review our terms & conditions and retention policies.
Park will be closed on every Wednesday Evening, Diwali, Holi, Due to sudden rainfall etc.

2. Check in from 13.30 to 23:00.
3. Check out before 11:00 noon.
4. All bookings should be passed on with 100% advance payment.
5. Reception working hours 09:00-23:00.
6. Taxes included.
7. All meals included on fixed menu basis
8. No pets.
9. The property requires prepayment. Once guests make the reservation, the balance due will be auto charged by the property.
