SOVA was created after the design team visited just under 50 countries and compiled the best and most unique features from around the world. Book with us, and sit back as we help you craft stories that you will want to tell your friends years from now

SOVA Social Calendar - Join fellow travelers for our daily Sangria Social Hour" and grab a complimentary glass of SOVA’s refreshing sangria. You might even catch us on a night that we host an event, whether a mixology class or in-house comedy show. Looking for some solitude in your sojourning? We also provide bespoke recommendations by locals, describing our favorite nook bars and TexMex restaurants. For an entirely customized activity schedule just stop by the SOVA bar and chat up one of our Travel Guides.

SOVA Location - We love walkability. So, setting walkability as a goal, we spent over 6 months touring every available location in Dallas to try and find the best location so that you can sleep where you want to spend your time. We are walking distance to Deep Ellum, Downtown, and Farmers Market. This gives you walking access to dozens of bars and restaurants, to urban features like AT&T Discovery Plaza, Majestic Theater, and Klyde Warren Park, and to the local greenery and freshness in Farmers Market.

Mattresses - After you are done exploring the city, come back to one of our luxury grade mattresses, included in every room. If you don't book this place up, we will sleep in a spare room ourselves because SOVA Beds are better than our personal mattress. Without giving away our secrets - the SOVA mattresses are uniquely designed to match the level of comfort found at luxury resorts.

Wi-Fi - Buckle up your seatbelt when logging into the SOVA Wi-Fi. Several guests have already been arrested for speeding when surfing the web on our waves. Our Wi-Fi is fast and free and we hope that you finish your Netflix series on it. The SOVA team knows that sometimes you just want to spend the evening in a cozy bed watching your favorite show.

Showers - Shout out to individuals over 6ft tall... Tired of hitting your head on outdated 19th century showers? Our monsoon showers are 7ft high and were designed to feel like the heavens opened up on a warm afternoon.

Bespoke in-room furniture - Some call it 'custom' but we prefer the term 'bespoke' Mostly because it sounds more fancy. But yes, we have bespoke furniture. It is special, just like you.

Toilets - There might be more technology in our toilets than my Jetta. In 1992, Japan graced the world with the most advanced robotic toilets humanity had ever seen. We have selected a model that includes drying, heated seats, night lights, and adjustable water temperature. Enjoy getting spoiled with a new level of hygiene and cleanliness. Once you use an electronic bidet, your life will never be the same.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the duration of your stay.

General Deposit - A $100 general deposit is charged to a credit card upon arrival.

Smoking policy - SOVA is 100% no-smoking. This includes vape, tobacco, marijuana, or any other product. Any smoking on premise is subject to a $250 fine with no exceptions.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:59 .
Check out before 11:00.

Pending availability, we offer an early check-in option at 11:00am for $25. A checkout after 11am will be charged $25 for a late checkout, a $50 fee after 1pm, or be charged an additional night after 2pm
