This hotel is bad in every part. The staff isn't welcoming at all. The shared place is outside, so it's cold when you go out of your room, breakfast is outside too. The room look like a cave. You can hear everyone and everything from the other rooms, room are really good during the night. They cut the water during the day and the night, you have to ask the staff. You have to ask for toilet paper too. How can an hotel be like that? Don't go there, it's horrible...

A good option if you just want a place to stay, not too far from the main square (8 min walk max) and don't care for socializing. Small space but we had an extra blanket and warm water for showers. As a group of 3 women, we were worried about the safety as we had a room with an entry that was really close to the main entrance. However, the staff locks this during the really late hours with a staff member behind the desk essentially 24/7 so that helped us feed secure.

Great Location in between the centre and the San Blas neighbourhood. We stayed in a private room which had comfy beds, storage and a clean private bathroom. However, the light switch provided electrical shocks, the WiFi was poor and didn’t reach the room and the noise from the road made sleeping difficult. For the price, the stay was comfortable.
