Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 7-14 days, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 7 days, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Basis for the calculation and payment are prices in kuna. For payments in EUR is applied the middle exchange rate valid on the current day of the bank Hrvatska narodna banka.
