Paid our deposit early in the year before heading to phi phi for new years and once we got there the lady said she’d put other people in our room because “ we hadn’t paid “ … had our names and bookings printed out on the desk but still refused to give us our rooms or refund us

It was - ok. Relatively clean, although certainly not immaculate, quite a lot of unexpected ’visitors’ in the form of local buglife, due to poorly fitting doors (tip - wet rolled up towel under the door helps, just don’t shake it out next morning if you don’t want a nasty shock). Sleeping a huge challenge but not hostels fault, from the local bars and other hostels, even though they don’t appear too close on the map, they are RIDICULOUSLY loud, Having said that, pool is phenomenal ❤️

Great little spot. Only issue is they must have double booked us when we first arrived and our room with 2 twin beds suddenly was not available until the next morning. They put us in a different room for the night but there was only 1 bed. Not ideal for 2 dudes. When asked about a discount, the amount given off was negligible. The actual facility is in a great spot, close to the beach.
