Our property is located in Ljubljana city centre, just a few meters from the famous Dragon bridge. You can reach the main square in 5 min walk along Ljubljanica river.

Our rooms are located in 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of an old building (without elevator.) All of our rooms have been renovated. We offer single, double, triple and quadruple private rooms with private bathroom. Payed parking is possible nearby in parking house Komenskega or Kapitelj, on the streets or at the train station which is located 10 min walk away.

We have a shared reception at the house number Petkovskovo nabrezje 47, where you will do the check-in. Our reception is open between 8.00 and 23.00 every day in the week.

Upon arrival you can pay your stay in cash.

We also offer rent a bike service and can advise you where to rent a car for your trip in Slovenia!

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00*
Check out before 10:00*.
*for arrivals after 23.00 or check-outs before 8.00 please inform us in advance.

Payment upon arrival by cash only.

Taxes not included - tourism tax 3.13 EUR per person per night.
