The apartment is very good. Very big, good facilities and excellent location- on square with good value restaurants. The instructions to get in to the apartment are not clear at all and the apartment doesn't have a clear sign. We did not know about the way of opening the apartment. There is a lack of transparency over the pricing- what are 'local taxes'? If they include the city tax they are way over what should have been paid. The owner was aggressive and impatient in how he spoke to me.

The place itself was fine, but the management company made numerous errors that suggest some combination of inexperience and/or incompetence. Among other issues, they tried to overcharged me (by nearly 50%), failed to refund the deposit until I asked them about it more than a week post-departure, provided misleading information, and made numerous other "errors" as well. There are plenty of other options in the city that won't make such a mess of what should be routine and simple processes.
