Right to cancel/modify: Hotel may cancel or modify bookings where fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected or where errors/mistakes exist in reservation details.
Outside food & beverages: Not allowed anywhere on hotel premises.
Visitors: Not permitted in guest rooms or private areas (including pool). Visitors are allowed only in the restaurant.
Relocation: In emergencies, guests may be relocated to a sister property with equivalent facilities.
Damage charges: Guests are responsible for damages to hotel property (linen, towels, duvets, etc.).

- Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations made 7–10 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival or for no‑shows.
Non‑refundable period: December 23 – January 3 (applies every year, 2023–2099).
Refund processing: Refunds are processed by cheque one month after the request.

50% advance required at time of booking; 50% due at check‑in (pre‑payment policy).
Photo ID must be shown at check‑in.
Credit card holder must be one of the guests.
Hotel reserves the right to cancel/modify bookings if fraudulent activity or reservation errors are identified.
No outside food and no visitors in rooms or restricted areas.

- Emergency Information
Visitors are not allowed in rooms or private areas — only the restaurant.
In case of emergencies, guests may be shifted to a sister property with similar facilities.
Guests will be charged for any damages to hotel property (e.g., linen, towels, duvets).
