Its lovely and clean, private rooms with shared bathroom and a small area which has kettle and microwave, no actual communal space. Literally 4mins walk from Venice Mestre train station in one direction, and theres a supermarket and restaurants about 2min walk in opposite direction. I booked a one-night stay at Hotel Hub Venice Mestre but was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival after a long travel day, the front office was unattended with the main door unlocked and no staff present or note left. This raised serious security concerns — anyone could have walked in, accessed the elevator, or gone behind the desk.
