I booked a one-night stay at Hotel Hub Venice Mestre but was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival after a long travel day, the front office was unattended with the main door unlocked and no staff present or note left. This raised serious security concerns — anyone could have walked in, accessed the elevator, or gone behind the desk.
