General Terms & Conditions

1. The price quoted is based on aroom basis
2. Each Room has a maximum occupancyof two (2) persons. One (1) extra bed per room can be booked in addition. Onlythe maximum number of people is allowed to use the amenities unless agreeddifferently
3. All Guest Rooms and public insidespaces are 100% smoke-free. A 3,000 PHP fine per occurrence will be charged tothe violator for cleaning and violation
4. Cleaning is done on a daily basis.However, changing of linens, towels and replacing of basic toiletries/amenitiesare done every other day
5. Illegal drugs are strictlyprohibited. Possession of illegal substances inside the property is strictlyprohibited and will result to immediate removal from the property.
6. Damages & Lost items in theRoom including, but are not limited to: linens & towels, broken items, wallstains, paint scratches, etc. will be charged accordingly based on thereplacement cost including transportation
7. Loud gathering, partying,inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited inside the property
8. Pets: Need to be inquired upfrontvia email before booking
9. Cancellation: By making yourbooking, our agreement is a legal contract
10. Online bookings require a depositof 50% of stay, the balance can be paid at time of check-in or on departure bycash or PayPal (+Service Fees). Cancellations made with less than 14 daysnotice have 50 % charge.
11. We would only cancel your bookingif our accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We wouldhowever attempt to find you an alternative local accommodation. Our liabilitywould not extend beyond this
12. Arrival: Your accommodation willbe available to you from 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreedtime as we will be busy preparing your room
13. Late arrival procedure. Pleaseensure you contact us no later than 4 pm to let us know if you will be arrivinglate. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let
14. Departure: Please be ready toleave the accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwisearranged
15. We will provide you with aninvoice payable on departure
16. Damages and Breakages: Pleasetake care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for anybreakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Allwe ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normallycharge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or makinggood if the damage or breakage is significant.
17. Liability: We do not accept anyliability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or anyvehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act byourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course ofemployment.
18. Privacy Policy: Any datacollected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions andoffers. We will not share your details with any third party.

Credit Card Terms & Conditions

By using our booking engine andproviding your credit card details to pay a down payment, you agree to thefollowing terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms: You authorize us tocharge your credit card for the down payment amount as specified in the bookingengine. You agree that you will be responsible for all charges associated withthe booking.
2. Cancellation Policy: Anycancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, asstated in the booking engine. If you cancel within the designated time frame,you may be entitled to a partial or full refund. If you cancel outside of thedesignated time frame, you may be subject to a penalty fee or forfeiture ofyour down payment.
3. Reservation Changes: Any changesto your reservation must be made in accordance with our reservation changepolicy, as stated in the booking engine. Additional charges may apply.
4. Accuracy of Information: You areresponsible for providing accurate information when making your reservation. Weare not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information youprovide.
5. Security: We take the security ofyour personal and payment information seriously. We use industry-standardsecurity measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee thesecurity of your information and we are not liable for any damages or lossesthat may result from unauthorized access to your information.
6. Limitation of Liability: We arenot liable for any damages or losses that may result from your use of ourbooking engine or from any errors or inaccuracies in the information providedin the booking engine.
7. Governing Law: These terms andconditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe jurisdiction in which we are located.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Anychanges will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately uponposting.
