The Usual Rotterdam Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the total amount of your stay.

Payment for Free Cancellation: The payment will be taken from the provided credit card after the free cancellation period.

Taxes not included - City Tax (6.50% of the total net amount). To be paid directly at the hotel.
