Cancellation policy:

- Standard Rate and Room Only (without breakfast)
Up to 15 days before arrival: fully cancellable (minus a 10% processing fee, which will be charged at the time of booking)
14 to 5 days before arrival: partially cancellable, we will charge you 50% of the price
4 to 0 days before arrival: cannot be cancelled, we will charge you 100% of the price. If the room cannot be resold.
No Show: 100% of the total price

- Non-Refundable Rate / Non-Cancellable Rate
The room cannot be canceled. We will charge you 100% of the price at the time of booking.

- Early booking discount
Up to 15 days before arrival: fully cancelable (minus a processing fee of 10%, which will be charged at the time of booking)
14 to 5 days before arrival: partially cancellable, we will charge you 50% of the price
4 to 0 days before arrival: cannot be cancelled, we will charge you 100% of the price. If the room cannot be resold.
No Show: 100% of the total price

- Long stay discount
If you book at least 6 consecutive nights, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price. Not cumulative with other offers. Cancellation conditions are the same as for the standard rate.
