Cancellation policy:
Refundable rate: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival. Payment must be made online at the end of the free cancellation period.
Non-refundable rate: No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
For both rates, one date change is allowed, provided it is requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-in: from 14:00 PM to 20:00 PM. Late check-in after 8:00 PM without prior notice is not allowed.
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Payment: For security reasons, payment must be made online. No cash payments or pre-authorizations are accepted upon arrival. A €10 deposit per person will be required by card and refunded on the day of check-in after 3:00 PM.
Taxes not included: City Tax – 1.2 EUR per person per night
