When I arrived the staff were very rude and unaccomodating. I asked for more toilet paper because the room barely had any and the staff were unimpressed. The room I stayed in for the first night had very bad road noise and it was difficult to get any sleep. The hostel location means you have to walk quite a while to get anywhere. A positive was for the second night the staff member was much nicer, I asked to change rooms to a quieter room and he was very accomodating of this.
