The Snowbell Hotel & Spa was born from the vision of three young professionals — a designer, a financier, and a hospitality professor — who transformed a collection of hand-drawn sketches into a distinctive boutique hotel experience.

Located on the 28th and 29th floors of the iconic Bridge SOHO Tower, the hotel offers breathtaking views of Phnom Penh and the meeting point of the Mekong, Tonlé Sap, and Bassac Rivers. Our Front Desk and Reception are conveniently situated on the Ground Floor of The Bridge SOHO Building, providing personalized service throughout your stay.

Designed around a Nordic minimalist philosophy, each room combines natural materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and contemporary comfort to create a warm and relaxing retreat above the city.

Check-in and Reception are located on the Ground Floor of The Bridge SOHO, Unit GF-27, beside CHAGEE Tea Shop. Please proceed directly to the Ground Floor reception upon arrival to complete your check-in before accessing your room.

Cancellation policy: 1 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Reception is located on the Ground Floor of The Bridge SOHO, Unit GF-27, beside CHAGEE Tea Shop.
A refundable security deposit of USD 30 is required upon check-in.
A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in.
Any outstanding balance for the stay is required upon arrival.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Housekeeping is available daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM upon request.
Small dogs and cats are welcome with a refundable USD 50 pet deposit.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms or designated smoking areas.
Durian and other strong-smelling foods are not permitted in guest rooms.
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs during their stay.
Cancellation and modification policies are subject to the selected rate plan and booking conditions.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates hotel policies or causes disturbance to other guests.
