Hotel Cacique Real Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check-out before 12:00 PM

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes not included: Sales Tax - 12% per sales tax.
Taxes not included: Service Fee - 10% per sales tax.
Breakfast not included.

To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

-Our hotel is a family-friendly property.
-Bringing in or consuming alcoholic beverages in guest rooms is not permitted.
- In accordance with Decree 90-97, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and in all common areas. Smoking is only allowed on the street.
- We kindly ask all guests to maintain a quiet and respectful environment throughout the hotel for the comfort of others.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. Visitors may be received exclusively in the coffee shop area.
- The hotel provides one complimentary parking space per room. Each additional vehicle will be charged Q100 per day.
- For your peace of mind, a complimentary safety deposit box is available at the front desk for storing valuables.
- Any damage to hotel facilities or furniture will be charged to the guest’s account.
- In double rooms, a maximum of two (2) adults and one (1) child under 8 years old are allowed at no additional charge.
