Terrible service, very little to zero English at the front desk, unaware of all of the platforms / booking agencies where their hotel is on, zero communication with booking agencies, expect the customer to take care of everything, rude and disrespectful service, my cousin got sick and we had an emergency situation and no one helped at the front desk, super far from Krabi Town, promise things and don’t follow through, unprofessional and unorganized. Terrible Hotel, will never stay here again.

Overall,you get what you pay for. The rooms are not what they look in the pictures. The staff is less than helpful, especially when checking in late at night. They act like you dont have a reservation and try and upsell you a more expensive room. Room was clean so they get props for that.
