The hostel was clean and smart, the staff spoke English and were very helpful in advising places to go and things to see around Trujillo. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and very good bathroom facilities, shower worked well and had hot water! Overall a very enjoyable place to stay would highly recommend

The staff was helpful & spoke English. The room was clean but the bathroom's window shade didn't cover the entire window. There was hot water & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was filling, too. It was quiet but, as w/ all of Peru, 10 million cars - or so it felt - honked their horns every 2 seconds. It's a bit of a walk to the main city center but not terrible & safe enough for us to walk back at the end of the day.
