Policies:
Check-in / Check-out: 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM. Early check-in may incur a fee.
ID & Age: Valid photo ID required; guests must be 21+ to check in.
Deposit: $150 credit card deposit for incidentals; cash not accepted.
Credit Card Fee: 3.25% processing fee per transaction.
Smoking & Pets: Smoke-free and pet-free; $300 fee for violations. Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.
Parking: The hotel doesn't have a parking place for guests, please take time to search online before your check-in or you can call the hotel for parking recommendations.

Booking & Cancellation:
A major credit card is required to cover the full amount at the time of booking to be guaranteed. Pre-paid reservations will be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Cancellation: 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival to avoid charges. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 1-night charge; no same-day cancellations.
