I'm happy with my stay at Jade hotel. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. When I checked out they watch my bag at reception all afternoon until my bus further in the evening. If you're waiting at any point in the hotel they straight away get you a glass of cold water. Help you with your bags of the stairs, show you the room make sure that you're comfortable before leaving you to settle in! Just great ❤️

Had such a pleasant stay. The staff were so hospitable and kind, super helpful with navigating the city, renting bikes, food recommendations and making sure we stayed hydrated! I enjoyed talking to them and they always tried to help with any queries. They’re private rooms so it’s perfect for a couple nights stay after weeks/months of 10-20 bed shared dorms. Pretty quiet at night and beds are very comfy. Location also ideal. No complaints.
