The hotel is situated on the main National Highway 9 between the intersection of Ait Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate.

Massages can be arranged on site, at an extra cost. Free private parking is provided. The Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou is a 10-minute drive away and Ouarzazate Airport is located just 20 km away.

The air-conditioned rooms at L'Escale de Ouarzazate feature a sofa and seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. They offer mountain views and views of the patio.
