Rooms Niko are quality accommodation located in Gruž, part of modern Dubrovnik. Our house is in a very peaceful area. From our terrace you can enjoy a nice view over Gruž port and Lapad peninsula as well as Elaphiti Islands. We have a lot of experience in providing accommodation, and we take very good care of our guests. We are 24h available for you in case of need or emergency. Surroundings are pleasant and relaxing, especially for a good night's sleep after a busy tourist sightseeing in Dubrovnik or trip. Upon your arrival, we welcome you with complimentary drinks and we always provide our guests with all information they may need when visiting Dubrovnik.

From our rooms you can reach the Old Town, the center of all that's happening, with a pleasant 20-25 minutes walk or by regular public buses. A bank, post office, supermarket and other services you might need are all located in Gruž and can be reached in several minutes by foot. Parking is possible on the street above our house. There is a bus stations just above our house, and also another one below.
For centuries Dubrovnik has evoked the admiration of visitors, taking your breath away every time you visit this magical town. During summer visitors can enjoy rich cultural program that includes concerts and other events, all within the City Walls.

We offer our dear guests two rooms (each accommodating 2 persons) for rent. The accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. All rooms are air conditioned. Each room has its own bathroom. A spacious terrace with view over Gruž port and Elaphiti Islands is also available.
