La Casa De Shangrila a Belize City offre un soggiorno pulito e moderno con ottimi servizi, tra cui un piacevole patio e una terrazza con vista sul mare. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, e la posizione è comoda per la stazione degli autobus. Alcuni ospiti hanno trovato l'area circostante un po' insicura di notte, e le camere possono essere piccole.

very nice and simple hostel. the rooms are basic but clean, air conditioner works well and the common areas are kept clean. theres two really nice seating areas outside to hang out. staff was friendly and helpful and even had some great suggestions on where to go for food. it isnt in the best part of town but thats ok. easy to get get to and alot of the local taxi drivers know of it so you dont have to always explain. good place to stay if your going to stay in BC

The location and cleanliness were great. The common space inside is a bit small but there’s lots of space in the deck/yard to chill. The security was great with lots of locked doors. However, I had difficulty getting the attention of the staff to get access into the building to check in, as they were hanging out in the common space all day, well away from the entrance. I rang the doorbell several times to no answer and it wasn’t until a local started honking did it get someone’s attention.

Lovely place that is modern and clean looking. our en-suite room was very nice and had everything we needed, outside had a private balcony and chill area which was nice. The only complaint is the location. The area is sketchy, myself and partner walked to a local shop only a few minutes away we had some looks from people and she had provocative comments made towards her, experience was very uncomfortable. only used taxis to move around. The hostel felt very safe it was just the area that is not.
