If you are tired of backpacking around and big properties and you are looking for a nice, small place to take it easy for a couple of days, chilling out in hammocks in a nice backyard - you should come and check it out !!!

We promise you a safe stay in clean single and double rooms, for a low budget in a great comfortable atmosphere.

Free good working WIFI, big furnished kitchen, 24 hrs hot shower, TV, beautifull outdoor area with BBQ and a lovely dog called sol – everything you need for a couple of days off ;-) !!!

The property is located in the neighborhood of Providencia, close to supermarket , bars and restaurants, a nice park, bella vista (nightlife-area), and all kinds of touristic sights like cerro san cristobal, santa lucia, mercado central, ...

There are two metros less than 5 minutes walking distance away from the house (metro Baquedano / metro Parque Bustamante) - so it s super easy to get around town.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

PLEASE NOTE Check in times: from 9 am to 9pm. If you arrive outside the reception times, make sure you inform us at least 24 hours before the arrival, otherwise you will not be able to check in.

Check out before 12:00 .
