Doogood Rental House provides 2 rooms on the second floor of an apartment. You can watch people from the windows on Kıbrıs Sehitleri street all day long.

Alsancak is the centre point of Izmir. The rooms are on the Kıbrıs Sehitleri Street which is the main long pedestrian street of Izmir. İzmir International Fair green area is few minutes by walk. There are no bars really close to the house but only 1 min by walk.
At night you are able to make a little noise! Because of crowded street there may be some noise at night.

Basic Double Bed Private has king size bed and balcony. Deluxe Double Bed Private has pop-up sofa (king size bed), TV, speaker system, washing machine and dining table for 3 people. Both rooms have air conditioner system. The kitchen and bathroom are common areas. There is a small fridge, cooker, toaster, teakettle and basic utensils in the kitchen.
Breakfast is not prepared. You will find cheese, jam, milk, coffee, tea, honey and croissant.

General:
No curfew.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house but you can on the balcony for Basic Double Bed Private room.
Please do not use shoes inside.
Pets are ok unless they're clean.
I can show you around Izmir as much as possible.
