Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Visitors: Access to rooms is prohibited for visitors. They are only allowed to gather in the common areas and terrace bar, where they must show identification upon arrival.
No Smoking Policy: Art Studio Habana Vieja 55 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. However, there are designated smoking areas outdoors.
