Bluebird Hotel Cairo got new management in the end of 2014 and the hotel has been renovated into a cosy small boutique hotel where each room has it's own vibe. The place is known for its’s excellent customer service and willingness to help the guests in every way, for example with places to visit, tours, transportation, dry cleaning/laundry etc. The daily staff speaks English and Egyptian, while the management speaks English, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Egyptian.

The hotel is on top of an antique building situated in downtown with an elevator to bring you up. It's in the heart of Cairo and only 5 minutes away from the historical Egyptian museum. Situated 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. Nearest metro stations - 2 minutes by walk - are Al' Atabah station or Nasser station. While nearest train station is the main train station, Rhamses, and it's only 10 minutes by walk from the hotel.

All rooms come with free Wi-Fi, air-con and television. Shared or private bath room is to be chosen by the guest. You can choose from single room, double room (2 single beds or double bed) and triple room. Some with balcony and non-smoking rooms. It is possible to buy hot and cold beverages from the reception but there is no access to kitchen.
