Big Brother Hostel Agra

Sono rimasto tre notti in questo ostello e ho avuto una impressione fortemente negativa. La persona che lavora alla reception mi ha negato l’uso della lavatrice e in più, dopo la prima notte, mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto lasciare la mia camera privata per andare nel dormitorio perché altri avevano prenotato la stessa camera tramite booking.com. Fortunatamente dopo le proteste hanno cambiato idea. L’unico lato positivo è la vicinanza al Taj Mahal.

Overall it was a nice stay, the hostel is nice and we had a good time. The position is nice, 10 min walking from the Taj, although we personally don't like that area since it is made up for tourists. The room is ok, even if it wasn't cleaned, there was the same garbage on the floor the entire stay. They seem they never have change so be ready ti remind them what they owe you. Check your laundry when they give you back.

Really nice atmosphere! The personnel is really friendly and hospitable. At tiles it seems rather a large family house than a hostel. They offer nice food and activities. Last but not least, the location is 10 mins walk from the Taj mahal, ideal if you plan a visit in the early morning
