We absolutely loved our stay at On The Wallaby, what a special hostel. We only stayed one night on a quick road trip around the Atherton Tablelands, but wished we had stayed for a whole week to enjoy the beautiful space and do the nighttime canoe tour. It was clear that the owners and staff really cared about the environment that they cultivated at the hostel, from the beautiful herb and fruit garden to how very clean everything was. I am sending everyone here!

On the Wallaby is a sanctuary! It’s so homey, so green & the staff is your family! On the Wallaby is so clean & welcoming I can’t recommend it enough! They offer many different room accommodations & so much knowledge of what to do in the area! Veronica & Shannon have been fantastic staff! If you want to explore the tablelands visit On the Wallaby!
