Property was less than a minutes walk away from the beach. You get what you pay for. Close to the beach parties but not affected by the noise. Free water and can book boat trips from there. Staff very friendly.

No longer take card! Have cash ready! Don't let the 9.1 score fool ya. Room is simple, dated and falling apart a bit but clean. The bed was extremely firm and you get a throw as a duvet/blanket but you can adjust your Aircon (which works great) accordingly. You're in the thick of it, and can get to anywhere walking but we didn't find it to be too noisy apart from the 8am Thai national anthem blasting from a speaker near our window. Free water bottles, refill station, tea and coffee is nice
