My stay was perfect, the staff is fantastic, on the first day I had booked a mixed dorm but the two guests had lived in terrible conditions in the room. I asked for I changed rooms and the first guy on staff greeted me, he found the solution. These guys are very attentive to multiple customers, without making them feel like they're waiting too long or forgotten. Negative: There was no plug in the bed, and there was no working lamp and usb port. That day was hot but no air conditioning, and there were some mosquitoes that bites my skin: but I don't know exactly if it depends from the cleanliness and humidity. Positive: the breakfast was super even if not too much cheap....and personnel is very kind and polite.
